Reaching Your Goals!!!

Reaching your goals is very important, but I want to tell you that what you get by reaching your goals, is not as important as what you become by reaching them.

Yes, I hear people all the time thinking that when they achieve their goals, they are going to be more happy. Be happy now, because when you reach your goal, you are going to be a different person.

You are going to be happier, more confident, and you are going to learn how to grab the bull by the horns.

How much better would you be by increasing your confidence?

You will face life in a different approach, right?

That’s exactly what I want you to accomplish.

I have great respect for people that even through the toughest times they keep pushing hard, if they fall they keep getting up, and they do whatever it takes to reach their destination.

If you want to become one of those people, you are going to face too many challenges, to many disagreements, and even disappointments.

What separates the winners from the losers, is their will to survive, their will to become somebody important, somebody special, somebody that they are proud of.

Becoming successful is a simple thing, but it’s not easy. It requires hard work, time, dedication, patience, discipline and great effort. It may seem like a lot, but in the end you’ll be glad you did!!!

You are very special and unique.

I know you can achieve whatever you want to achieve in life.

GO after your goals and dreams. You have a life full of achievements and surprises ahead of you.

Today is the day you become more confident and are ready to reach your goals.

DO IT NOW!!!

The People of Tomorrow....

Our life is wasted by the someday thoughts. Why not take action today, and start achieving those goals instead of whishing and hoping, those two words are excuses for not doing.

Many people lives wanting things, they keep saying to themselves. When I retire, I’m going to be more relax, when I paid my mortgage I will have more money to save, when I become financially independent, I’m going to start living my dream life.

The biggest mistake here is expecting to have things, in order to be more relax, living your dream life, saving more money. Why not do it now?

Change starts with you.

If you really want to become successful, you have to recognize that you have a procrastination problem, and be willing to change.

Procrastinator Creed

Let me share with you’re the procrastinators creed written by Ed Foreman.

“Someday when I grow up, finish school and get a job, I’ll start living my life the way I want… someday after the mortgage is paid off, the finances are on track and the kids are grown up, I’ll drive that new car and take exciting trips abroad… someday, now that I’m about to retire, I’ll buy that beautiful motor home and travel across this great country, and see all there is to see… someday.”

What are Beliefs?

they are the conscious and unconscious information we have accepted to be true, and this form the basis for our behavior.

Our beliefs imprison us and deny us access to what is REAL. We see only what we want, and reject everything else.

Truth can never be revealed to the so-called “firm-believer.” The type of person who is always quoting “facts.” He does not want to recognize anything outside his beliefs, and everything seems to be a threat and obviously he disagrees to.

He goes through life labeling everything that is new or different as “evil” or “unacceptable,” and everything that is old and traditional as “good.” He can not understand that Truth, no matter how painful, is always by its very nature, “good,” and that a lie, regardless of how much we are in love with it, it’s always, by its very nature, “bad.”

The person who is a “firm believer” has no option to change his mind. This makes him ignorant .He can only recognize what lies within his beliefs.

If you want to make a change in your life, you must first understand the root of your problems. This lies in your “mistaken certainties.”

Give to life

Get this week off to a great start. Reach into yourself, grab something of real and meaningful value, and give it to the world.

There is something truly beautiful within you that is longing to be expressed. Let it out where it can see the light of day and, more importantly, where others can benefit from it too.

Set aside your worries, anxieties and frustrations and touch the part of you that knows how beautiful life can be. Allow your natural creativity to be ignited as you work to give life a gift that is uniquely you.

To be truly fulfilled, you must make space for that fulfillment. Give of yourself and open up a place within you where that fulfillment can find a home.

Look around you right now and you'll see countless opportunities to make a difference in your own special way. Every time you do, you'll experience how absolutely right it feels.

That is what true success feels like. And it can be yours this very moment.

Success is done one step at a time.

I have never seen anybody go from 3rd grade straight to college, or someone getting married on the first date, or simply winning a marathon without running.

You have to take it one step at a time. Don’t expect immediate results, don’t expect miracles, don’t expect to succeed without working at it. For example;

I remember when I join the United States Marines, the very first thing was to look for a recruiting station, sign up, once accepted, go to boot camp, go to infantry training, go to school to learn your speciality, then you go to your duty station, and then you really learn how to be a Marine.

I didn’t go from the recruiting station straight to war right?

You have to take it slow, one foot in front of the other.

I used this example, because it was a huge achievement for me, I wanted to be a Marine, but I knew that it wasn’t going to happen overnight. I had to go through a process of change and learn one step at a time how to become one.

Whatever you want to do in your life, the same principle applies to that.

You have to take it one step at a time, go through a process of change, and learn what you need to learn to become an expert in your field.

I want the BEST for you, and only the BEST!!

Resistance to Change

Most people cling desperately to the past. They hang on to what’s familiar, snuggling ever deeper into their comfortable routines to avoid the frightening thought of change.

Change always means giving up something, and the greater the personal sacrifice the more you feel like dragging your feet.

People also defend the old way of doing things, because that makes them feel more in control. They battle against change out of fear of the future, not because they love their past.

You don’t have to feel that change is bad. Successful people understand that without change, there is no gain.

That’s INSANITY.

The definition of insanity as quoted by one of the greatest minds this world had ever seen, Albert Einstein says:

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result.”

What is the thing keeping you from change? Could it be fear to the uncertain?

There will be no great change without stretch, and there will be no stretch without change.

What is it that you want?

Monkey Business

A group of scientists, decided to make an experiment on
behavior. They put 5 monkeys in a cage, a ladder, and hanging
from the top of the cage was a bunch of bananas.

After a while the monkeys started to get hungry, so one of them
figure out how to open the ladder and placed it right below the
bananas.

Every time a monkey tried to get on the ladder to eat the
bananas, the scientists will throw cold water at the monkeys.
Then another monkey try to get on the ladder again, and again
the scientists threw cold water at them. It went on and on until
the monkeys were too afraid of getting even close to the ladder.

Then the scientists decided to place a brand new monkey to the
cage and withdraw one of the veterans there. After some time,
the new monkey started to get hungry and tried to get the bunch
of bananas, but right before he got to it, the other monkeys
pulled him down and started to punch him. Obviously the new
monkey was freaking out, since he didn’t know what hit him. So
then he tries again, and once again the other monkeys pull him
down and start punching him until the monkey wouldn’t get
close anymore.

So then they put another monkey in the cage, after a while the
monkey gets hungry and tries to get to the ladder and right
before he gets there, the prior monkey grabs him and all of them
started punching him (I guess the prior monkey thought it was a
good time for payback) so then he tried again, and once again
until he learned the lesson.

The plan went on, until the scientists replaced all monkeys, now
they had a cage full of new monkeys, and every time a monkey
will get close to the ladder, the other monkeys will grab him
and started to punch the new guy.

The conclusion was. The new monkeys didn’t know the reason
behind the old monkeys of getting close to the ladder. They
never knew about the cold water. All they knew was that if you
get close to that ladder, you will get punched, but didn’t
know why?

Well many of us act the same way, we do things a certain way
without really knowing the real reason behind it.

Stop being a MONKEY, and start taking charge
of your life.

I BELIEVE IN YOU!!!

What are you willing to sacrifice to make Success happen?

Let me tell you what winners do.

They do whatever it takes to get the job done.

They do it and do it and do it until the job gets done, and then
they talk about how great it is to be somebody they’re Proud of.

Becoming a winner is simple, but is not easy. It requires hard
work, dedication and discipline. Not just hard work, you can
always be working hard but with the wrong attitude, mentality,
and decisions. Success doesn’t work that way.

I want to talk to you about discipline.

You have to discipline yourself to do the things you don’t feel
like doing, but you know they need to get done no matter what.

There’s a very fine line between winners and losers.

Practice Discipline on everything you do.

This is another habit that you need to create to keep moving
forward towards success.

Don’t wait!!! Start TODAY.

Do it NOW!!

Steps To Achive Success…

Every Successful person has a set of step that they follow to achieve their goals and dreams.

I'm here to share them with you.

So here we go…

1. Make the Decision to be Successful! … Success is not an accident; you make your own success by what you do or failed to do.

2. Learn the Inner Game… In order to be successful, you have to understand that first you have to become successful in your mind. Your mind is a toolbox, and like any other toolbox, you have to keep your tools clean and ready to work for you.

3. Set Reachable Goals… If you don’t have any goals, it will be very hard to succeed. Setting goals is one of the most important things you need to do to be successful. It will be your road map of where you want to go.

Write down your Goals, yearly, monthly and weekly. Break your goals into little action steps, and celebrate as you accomplish every single one of them.

4. Action… Don’t waste time trying to figure out the best way or the fastest way, if you want to be Successful, there are no shortcuts!!!

Finally, DO IT NOW!!!
