Overcoming Procrastination

This is one of the worst habits a person can have. Procrastination is the killer of all your dreams and goals.

The truth is, just about everyone procrastinates. Sometimes that’s good, but mostly it’s a virus that will cripple your future.

The word itself comes from the Latin word procrastinatus: pro- (forward) and crastinus (of tomorrow). The term's first known appearance was in the 17th century, during a sermon by a Reverend Anthoney Walker on procrastination. The sermon reflected procrastination's connection at the time to task avoidance or delay, volition or will, and sin.

Successful people do procrastinate too, but they know when and how. You have to take a break once in a while, but you have to know for how long and make sure it does not interfere with your productivity.

Schedule some time to procrastinate. It will help you set a time for that activity and then you can easily come back to your regular activities.

Well today is the day you will take some action.

Start today, don’t wait.

Achieve the SUCCESS you deserve NOW.
