I want to change, but DON'T know where to start?

I asked myself this many many times, and I'm pretty sure you have too.

I want to change my habits, my life, my mood, etc, etc. BUT how do I do this?

I was dying to know how to be a better person, a better parent, just a better human being. I was stressed all the time and always rushing to nowhere.

Have you been there too?

I found out that changing your behavior, your way of thinking or anything else is you want to change, you have to acknowledge you have a problem. Kind of like an alcoholic. Stop blaming others for your changes in mood, for your stress, for your lack of confidence.
You have the power to change all this, you just have to know how.

How did I do it?

Simple, it's called Personal Development.

Yes, that's it, by actually learning about personal development, you can learn how to respond to situations rather than react to them, but not just personal development, you also have to get rid of toxic people in your life, surround yourself with positive people.

Having a circle of successful people also help you develop successful behavior.

Get a mentor.

Mentors are not meant just for kids.

Every SUCCESSFUL person has a MENTOR, someone who they look up to.
